Dr Stefani Dimitriou

Dr Stefani Dimitriou is a counselling psychologist who is registered with SEPS (Psychologists Registration Board of Cyprus) and the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EuroPsy reg.). She can provide psychological assessment, therapy, and clinical supervision to individuals. Her therapy services include one-to-one psychological therapy for both adults and children.

During the initial session, you will have a safe and confidential space to discuss your concerns and current difficulties. Dr Stefani Dimitriou will assess whether psychological therapy is appropriate for you or whether another service would better meet your needs.

Therapy sessions typically occur once a week and last around 50 minutes. The length of therapy will depend on various factors such as the nature of your issues, your symptoms, relevant clinical guidelines and protocols, your life circumstances, and personal preferences. The decision about the length of therapy will be made collaboratively with you at the end of the assessment.

Dr Stefani Dimitriou can conduct therapy sessions in both Greek and English.
